Chiara Robinson
In July 2018, aZul welcomed our new team member, Chiara!
Chiara worked as a co-creator and personal assistant to our Founder and Director Sandra and we were thankful to have her as part of our team to support aZul for a short while.
Chiara has great networking and management skills. She regularly attended our hosted events, and contributed a great perspective in our behind the scenes work. But perhaps what you didn't know is that she also has autism. At aZul, we proudly were able to employ her as part of the "Discovering Your Potential" program developed by Gulfstream Goodwill and the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation. And took part in her OJT (on the job training) as a place to support her personal and professional growth!
Currently she is still with Gulfstream Goodwill, but helps out as a volunteer for a few of our events as well. Chiara is also formally one of our Creatives for the 2020 Follow The Thread Spring Season, look forward to her creations!
Former Administrative Assistant at aZul For Better Living
My experience with aZul for Better Living, Inc. was not only about gaining professional skills, I learned to be empowered and creative and using my voice. Besides attending business meetings, I attended special events like a networking mixer and job fairs by The Arc of Palm Beach County. From the job fairs, I learned that I made a good teacher with certain job skills for people with unique abilities. I would recommended families of people with unique abilities to explore fashion design, art, and industrial design techniques.

Chiara helped out with paperwork but also interacted with individuals as a representative of aZul and our mission and values.
